I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for your excellent and professional
work regarding my court case and court appearance on July 16, 2004 at the
Beverly Hill Superior Court.
I know that you only had two days from the time I first hired you to the time
that I had to appear in court and I very much appreciate the extra lengths
you took to fully understand all of the laws and codes that were involved
in my case. You came into court fully prepared and ready to defend me in a
manner that I had hoped for but not expected considering the short amount
of time that you had to prepare.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your law office for handling my eviction defense case. I was very frightened when my landlord threatened that the sheriff would evict me within 3 days. Even though the landlord’s case was groundless, I really thought that he could throw me out like that. I guess I am very gullible. When I called you, I was very hysterical, crying and hopeless. You calmed me down and assured me that my landlord could not evict me in 3 days. Unlike other lawyers, money was no issue to you and you did not even discuss it with me. The only issue on your mind was to help me out of this bad situation. You took my case without hesitation, negotiated with my landlord’s attorney and settled the case efficiently. As an introduction, I should say that I am very picky, choosy and skeptical. I am not quick to buy what people say or advertise. I need to see the result, in action, in order to believe it. When it comes to attorneys, my suspicion is multiplied because I have seen it all.
From having dealt with the many difficulties of life, I appreciate value of telling others about excellent and useful resources that I have encountered, one of such being Mr. Ray Nosrati.
To make my long story short, a rich and powerful landlord, for reason(s) unknown to me, was trying to evict me from my apartment. I believe that there was a conspiracy to destroy my reputation and credit. I was hopeless knowing of the landlord’s abilities. My long-time Beverly Hills attorney said he could not help me, and then did not answer my phone calls when I went to him for guidance. Disappointed, I went through the Iranian’s Yellow Pages. I went through the list of the attorneys who specialize in my kind of case. Mr. Nosrati’s name attracted me. I am a believer, and I know and have seen that in times of trouble God comes to my rescue in many different ways. As I browsed through the endless pages of attorney names, I could not forget Mr. Nosrati. It was like someone inside of me was telling me that this is the attorney you are looking for, that this is the man to solve your problem. I called him and left a message. He immediately called me back. He sounded very decent, honest, and loyal. He said he could handle my case for a reasonable fee. I consulted with other attorneys but I could not forget about Mr. Nosrati.
Two days before the trial, I called him and made an appointment to see him. I signed up with him the day before going to trial. The morning of trial day, I asked Mr. Nosrati if we could settle the case out of court. He talked to the landlord’s attorney and they said no. In court, I had never seen such a calm, well-prepared and professional attorney. Despite everybody else’s expectations and to the landlord’s regret, the verdict was in my favor. I could not help myself; I hugged and kissed Mr. Nosrati on the face. Mr. Nosrati is the best attorney. I recommend him to anybody.
